ok. listening to La Dispute-Yann Tiersen and it’s just going with this scene….having a moment here.

I LOVED this moment. Partially, because I love Bill Nighy. Partially because this was the Doctor being ‘the Doctor’ for me (my definition of ‘the Doctor’ being a crazy humanoid alien who travels through time and space meeting people and making them better, changing their perspective, and restoring hope). Partially because I love Van Gogh and I wish he’d live to experience his fame.
