Candy Vlog: WA Style
Three very tired Tumblr friends eat some weird candy that makes them gag, and then try not to get sad they’ll be seperated the next day. There’s also some distraction from terrible unwashed hair.
11 minutes! Man we can talk :P BUT WE MUST SAVOR THE MOMENTS!
Also I keep getting confused at our voices. Do we sound kinda alike, or am I imagining things? Maybe it was the tiredness and my flu-voice that made it seem that way :P

Edit: According to this vlog, I am basically a cat. Until I start weird the girls out with my large-nose-paranoia.

They are of goodbye hugs from two of the most precious ladies I know. Three out of four monster-friends!
The third photo is of crab-love, which is the best love, because it goes sideways. It’s also tasty. And it makes monster-friends laugh when you’re saying goodbye through bus windows and at airports.

I just found this photo last night when showing my sister all the pictures from our trip. An adorable busker on the streets of the Perth CBD, when we headed back into the city after Supanova on the Saturday… but who’s that in the background?!
I completely did NOT notice him when i took the photo. Sneaky!
my text posts over this amazing time in WA have been lacking, so here’s a dot-point-stream-of-consciousness.
- So many feelings. In fact, ALL of the feelings.
- Sarai may SEEM amazing on the internet, because well, she is…. but guys, guys, she is utterly INCREDIBLE in real life. (no YOU shut YOUR face). Immediate bonding and fun times!
- Getting lost in Perth CBD and shopping and talking and pretty buildings and LOVING Perth the longer we’re there…
- Frozen meals and icecream dessert and wine and deep conversation and laughter
- eager anticipation for Sarah arriving and completing our trio
- croissants and tea for breakfast
- more exploring of the city
- phonecall: bad news bear.
- All of the sad and emotional shopping
- FEEEEEELINGS and conversation and crazy savings on cute clothes (sexy $11 outfit!) and debating plans
- Ready for Supanova opening night, how will we get there?
- Bus! That then dropped us off about 5 blocks away and we had to leg it with my iphone map as a gps
- discussing getting lost in Nedland and having to sell our bodies to the people living in the swanky houses
- SUPANOVA YES
- Perth nerds are the least excitable nerds. Lol. Lovely, but you have GIVE us something to cheer about! :P
- wandering and cold and listening to Eric Roberts (lovely!) and listening to Kirby Krackle (awesome!)
- Following some guys to the train station to get home. having to very intentionally mention our husbands in conversation :P
- Train!
- chilled out dinner again and sleep
- Saturday: DOCTOR COSPLAY!
- ALL THE COSPLAYS AND NERDS! So awesome.
- ALL THE PRETTY STALLS AND SHOPS AND THINGS!
- So many people asking us for pictures! (Still waiting for them to turn up somewhere on the internet!)
- Buying lots of things!
- Christopher Lloyd! Super awesome!
- Collecting Doctors and other Whovian themed cosplays!
- leaving early-ish, and running into the same young guys we met on the train there
- more wanderings around Perth because WE LOVE PERTH
- SUNDAY SARAH!
