THIS is what it’s all about.
I just watched some Season 2 of the Doctor (Ten + Rose) and then this new one, and YES.
It feels like an old one.
It’s creepy and suspenseful and there’s no easy answers, and lots of dying, but saving the day…
AND KATE. AHH! I cried.
BUT GOD DID YOU TWO SERIOUSLY JUST GET BACK ON THE TARDIS?!
I know their last episode is a Weeping Angels one (YAY!) BUT AFTER ALL THAT ‘um no, real life now…’ you go anyway? I mean, i liked the two of them in this episode (except give Rory some more actually badass stuff please?) but enough already? But yeah, up until the last 3 minutes or so i was totally fangirling over this episode. :D

I thought we had to wait until episode 5, BUT NO! She’s not old-timey (SAD DAY) BUT at least she’s not just another that the Doctor has just plucked out of 21st century Britain. YAY!
Though Moffat can go die in a hole in regards to the divorce.

Maybe I missed something… but Oswin becomes the next companion, i was pretty sure. Granted, I’m only about 20 mins in the episode. But it’s the same actress, and they announced her name as Clara Oswin… I missed a tiny bit when she introduced herself though. But it’s the same actress, and that’s enough for me.
UNLESS the Clara that becomes the companion is her great great great great great great great grandmother or something that the Doctor stumbles across in Victorian times? That would be pretty cool. I don’t know, i’m theorizing crazily - I’m out of practice. Plus it’s Moffat, so who can tell!
Oh…. Carry on then…
and maybe avoid my blog till you’re done the episode… I may have unmarked spoilers wandering around here somewhere. I don’t pay attention to half the things I reblog .__.
