Tonight I taught part of my first choreographed...
It’s for a medley called ‘Stepping Out’ that includes “Easter Bonnet”, “Heatwave”, a song from “Annie Get Your Gun”, “Putting on the Ritz”, and “Stepping out with my baby”.

Eating my DELICIOUS Tomato & Veg soup!
Oh soup, oh soup, how delicious you are.
thank you Sarai for the recipe. I changed things, and ended up blending it, and it’s amazing. I had it in the slow cooker all night, then blended it this morning.
I was a bit naughty though, and added a smidge of butter to make it a bit more creamy. But other than that it’s made purely of veges and herbs!!!
I feel so healthy eating it :)

You know what? This running lark isn't so bad.
I mean, sure, I felt like throwing up this time, and have a stitch up my side and am still out of breath, and am gross with sweat.
but I’m really feeling a difference.
I was able to push myself harder this time. shaved 10 mins off my last time on the route!

I just realised that I haven't done a "What I Ate"...
That’s terrible.
And I can’t remember what I ate the last few days. Except that i didn’t eat much because I was working on my assignment and everything is too tricky to make/eat instantly.
Yesterday I remember eating a few sugar cookies, some avocado and tomato on an oatwrap, and half of one of those instant pasta side-dish things. Terrible!

One portrait out of three done - however I might...
Cos I’m doing one text/typography portrait, one collage/silhouette portrait, and one Art Nouveau-style portrait that I’m doing by hand.
But I’m trying different forms of the typography/text one. So I’ve done one text portrait, but I’m doing another different style typography one, and then I’ll pick the best out of the two.
