i have a research topic for my proposal this semester…and the research question will be “Are there specific ways to decrease the likelihood of stress disorders in children and adolescents?”
at least that is my idea now…tomorrow i will have to see if i can find sources to come up with a hypothesis

with such intense feelings of doubt i am now faced with the question of leadership. i am currently in a leadership position in the ministry i am involved in on campus. last spring the leadership team all signed a servant-leadership covenant…and right now i don’t think i am holding up my end of the deal.
the covenant has 14 points. right now i am not following probably about half...
